BREATH is LIFE.<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Without breathing, we couldn&#8217;t live. It is something so natural, so broad, and yet we often forget it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">We are often unaware of our BREATH. The breath is our life force and keeps us alive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">From the first breath to the last breath on this planet, there&#8217;s nothing more beautiful.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">We are born as babies with deep abdominal breathing, naturally breathing deeply, from the mouth all the way down to our belly,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">where intuition is,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">where primal trust is,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">where feelings are,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">where emotions are,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">where life is. Everything begins from there, and it&#8217;s no coincidence that we often talk about &#8220;gut feelings.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">How often do we hold our breath?<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> This can happen for various reasons:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Because we pause and listen, or more often, because something takes our breath away\u2014often external influences<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">like an experience, a surprise, a natural event like a sunset, the scent of a flower,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">the sound of an instrument or a voice,<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> the taste of a fruit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">That&#8217;s why we often speak of breathtaking beauty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">But there are also less joyful events, such as accidents, shock, or trauma, that can rob us of our breath and bring us out of balance.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> &#8211; This is triggered by nervous system functions \u2013 reactions to stress, fear, etc., that are categorized as fight, flight, freeze, or fawn responses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">We become more and more disconnected from our feelings, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">separating ourselves from emotions we could be experiencing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">We cut ourselves off from our emotional world\u2014consciously or unconsciously to avoid feeling something.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The question arises, what can I do against this? The answer is simple:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">BREATHE.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">It\u2019s that simple.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><strong>BREATH IS.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">You can regain this awareness at your own pace. Have you (like most people) forgotten how to breathe deeply into your belly?
